Echelon 2011: June 16, 2011, Being selected as one among the top 11 finalist that pitched at Echelon 2011, the biggest Satellite event, SoftSolvers had made its presence in the grand finale-“Launchpad at Echelon 2011” in Singapore, where it has been chosen as one of the top startups for its On-Demand, web-based CRM solutions ‘SecondCRM’.
April 13, Out of 100 entries, 40 startups were selected from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and HongKong to pitch at the Echelon and the top 11 among them were chosen to pitch at the grand finale on May 25. The startups come from various industries, ranging from food to fashion and all the way to customer relationship management, in a bid to be the company that changes the way of using web and mobile technologies. SoftSolvers was one among the 2 startups that were from Malaysia.
SoftSolvers was chosen for its aim of helping Asian businesses to tackle their customer relationship issues by providing a simple, On-demand Solution “SecondCRM” which is a Web-based ,cost –effective CRM solution for small and medium sized companies which touches the sales, marketing, customer support and project management.
Mr.Deep, the Senior IT consultant who represented SoftSolvers on the grand finale, by his presentation made the judges say, “Second CRM did a relatively smooth job at handling both their pitch and the Q&A.” IBM Collaboration & Productivity Advisor, Stephan Wissel’s commented in his blog “Second CRM: A little startup with big plans. They want to serve CRM to a market other vendors like SugarCRM and SalesForce consider too far or too small. I like the idea”
