Requirements / Problems / Issues
Content and face lift enhancements of the current Nigerian High Commission websites. The core objective was to provide informative as well easy to access or download required content. And to allow client the power to easily and effectively manage their own content based pages and/or web sites with minimal tech involvement.

Nigerian High Commission had a discussion with SoftSolvers Technologies with regard to design and development of its website. The website is a set of HTML files with no Central ownership to strategize on content and provide direction & control. Lacks most widely used advance features like flash introductions and interfaces, discussion groups, site search features and database integrations to say a few. There are currently no branding specifications for the website.

SoftSolvers Solution
SoftSolvers developed a Content Management Utility that provides a framework for Nigerian Consulate to create and manage content. The utility incorporates personalization, globalization and integration, has a customizable workflow and a layout generation system.

Technology Platform
SoftSolvers used Microsoft based, a flexible and generic architecture for web based applications, using Active Server Pages, with business logic encapsulated in VB COM and MTS. Rational tool suite was used for Requirements management, design, testing and defect management. In addition SoftSolvers used Visual Studio for development and VSS for configuration management.
