Because of growing customer base, it was getting difficult to manage and keep track of their activities. This was reflecting in many issues reported lately. Back Office was looking for some low cost open source solution to mange their Customer Relationships.

Technology Platform
SoftSolvers used Open Source technologies (PHP, Apache, MySQL), and a flexible and generic architecture to implement this application. Rational tool suite was used for Requirements management, design, testing and defect management. In addition SoftSolvers used Eclipse IDE for development and CVS for configuration management.
