Education is not a must, but Knowledge and Experience IS. Necessary skills: Microsoft Technologies (ASP.Net, Ajax, SQL Server), Java Technologies (JSP, Servlets, Swings, EJB, Oracle), PHP (CakePHP, Zend, MySQL), Open Source (vtigerCRM, Drupal, OSCommerce). Preferably skill(s): Understanding Software Development Process (CMMI), understanding Business processes and translating User requirements into system design, project management. Estimation and costing. Positions are available for all levels, starting from Internships [fresh to 6 months], Developers [1-3 years], to Team Leaders [3-5 years]. Internship period will include 3 months intensive On Job training and on successful completion, applicants will be offered permanent positions. Senior System Analysts or Project Leaders [with more than 4 years of exp] can be considered for Assistant Project Manager positions. Required language(s): English – Good Spoken and WritingApplicants with industry certifications are preferred (MCSD, etc). Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya [during all odd hours and days]. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. |
